Cases with built in batteries isn’t something completely new. For smartphones, these have existed on the market. A battery case for a tablet? Not so much. The best feature of the Asus Power Case is with the fact it’s specific to the tablet and doesn’t look out of place. It’s a simple backplate swap and you’re set with some new and improved battery life while still having the same look and feel to your ZenPad.
Aside from the natural look and feel to the Power Case, it also has one other noteworthy feature. When you power up your ZenPad, it will show you the battery remaining in the case. Where the normal battery level icon is located, so too is the battery level of the Power Case.
