Yes, all the available ZenPad tablets are in pre order status, with the exception of the Z380C which is currently shipping (5 left in stock). Here are the discounted prices we see today:

The UK version of the Z580CA is slightly less robust than the Z580CA-C1 model. The UK version has the Z3560 (1.8GHz) processor, 2GB RAM and 32GB storage. We haven’t seen anything to indicate that the fully packed version (Z580CA-C1) is heading to the UK any time soon.
